Blood Donors make an IMPACT!

IMPACT is our donor loyalty and online scheduling program. This program highlights the tremendous impact volunteer blood donors have on patients and families in the communities we serve. By giving blood on a routine basis and encouraging others to do the same, volunteer blood donors help save lives by providing a critical resource that can come from no other source!

Benefits of the new IMPACT program include:

• A user friendly system with easy navigation
• A donor profile that records donation history and accrued points
• Improved communication to donors and enhanced donor recognition for milestones
• New products in the MVRBC online store

For donors who were previously enrolled in the Team Life Flow system, we want to make this transition easy for you! You will not need to reenroll into IMPACT. Your participation in Team Life Flow will automatically roll over to the IMPACT program. You will receive a special message from IMPACT acknowledging your enrollment and welcoming you to the new program. We will have donor support on hand to respond to any questions you may have about the new program.

IMPACT’s donor loyalty programs operate on a points-per-donation basis. Participants receive points for each donation based on donation type (whole blood, platelet, double red cell, etc.) Participants can also earn bonus points for donating on specific days of the year when blood collection typically dips (ie. holiday weekends). Donors can redeem points in the MVRBC online store for logo apparel and gifts that will tell the world you make an IMPACT by being a blood donor!

Questions about the new system? Try it out at www.bloodcenterimpact.org! Existing blood donors can log in to the system right away by using your MVRBC Donor ID number and your birthdate as your password (mm/dd/yyyy format).
