By encouraging an early understanding of blood, donation and the role of the community blood center, childrenŐs fears are minimized and they are more likely to establish a pattern of support for the blood program as they enter adulthood.
Classroom Instruction
Through our Youth Education program, the Blood Center teaches young people about the biology of blood, our role in the community, and the importance of blood donation.
