Street Team
Street Team is a group of young adults dedicated to volunteering and making a difference in the Quad Cities with the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center. There are many ways to volunteer at MVRBC on your own time and outside of the Blood Center, Check it out!
Opportunities
Event Scout - an outgoing and energetic person who finds and participates in community events for MVRBC
Presentation Whiz - a creative and confident person who excels at designing powerpoints and speaking to a crowd
Education Guru - a clever and friendly person who communicates to a room full of youth with ease and assurance
Info-tainment Star - an artistic and fearless person who helps educate local youth with a cast of hard-working blood components
Blood Center Blogger - an engaging and eloquent person who blogs about experiences and events at MVRBC
Facebook Fan-atic - an enthusiastic and web-savvy person who recruits fans and takes photos of events for the MVRBC page
MySpace BFF - an exuberant and web-savvy person who finds friends and takes photos of events for the MVRBC profile
Volunteer Booster - a generous and caring person who recruits and informs potential blood center teen volunteers
Diversity Developer - a responsible and sincere person who educates and promotes blood donation with an eye to expanding diversity of MVRBC donors

Requirements
- Log at least 10 hours of service
- Complete Street Team Orientation
- Encourage others to join the program
- High School Junior/Senior or College Student
- Promote Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center
