Dedicated high school blood donor are invited to participate in an award program called Gallon Grad. This program encourages high school donors to become regular blood donors.
To receive the Gallon Grad award, you must donate eight times before graduating from high school. You can safely donate blood every 56-days; therefore, you will have plenty of time to complete your donations before graduation. Once you have completed your eight donations, the Gallon Grad Award will be presented to you as part of your schoolÕs senior awards ceremony.
If you are a 16-year old donor, a Parental Consent form must be completed before presenting to donate.
