You'll receive a text or email within 24 hours of your donation.
Step 3: Select Your Reward
Choose your gift through our quick and easy online form.
Step 4: Enjoy Your Gift
Sit back and enjoy knowing your donation is saving lives.
Haven't heard from us? If 24 hours have passed since your donation and you haven't received a text or email, reach out to our Gift Support Team at hello@impactlife.org or 563-823-3959, and we'll be happy to help. Orders must be placed by the 7th day of the month following your donation.

Give Blood. Earn Rewards. Make an Even Bigger Impact. Every non-deferred donation you make with ImpactLife in 2026 earns rewards, and the more you give, the more you get! Whether you donate whole blood (up to 6 times a year) or platelets (up to 24 times a year), every non-deferred (completed) donation counts toward your rewards total. As a reward, donors** get a choice of an electronic gift card, bonus points for the Rewards Store OR charitable donation to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit of the donor’s choice via our Good Giving program. Our current e-gift card options include Amazon, Applebee’s, Darden Restaurants (includes Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, and more), Door Dash, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Target, Starbucks, and Walmart.
