The Story Behind Bloodline Wheat

This partnership was created to highlight the importance of blood and platelet donations for pediatric cancer patients undergoing treatment. The idea came from Kristina Bentz, an Urbana Board member and mother to Ian, who required countless life-saving blood and platelet transfusions. During Ian's treatment, the Bentz family often found a place of relief at Obed & Isaac's.

In honor of Ian's journey, Obed & Isaac's will generously donate a portion of the proceeds from all Bloodline Wheat sales to the OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois & Blood Disorders Institute in Peoria, where Ian was treated.
