Donor Services

Opportunities exist for Collection Specialists (Phlebotomists), Collection Specialist Drivers (CDL and non-CDL), and Charges (Team Leads). No previous healthcare experience? No worries, we provide paid training! You will learn how to complete the collection process including conducting a donor history and physical as well as phlebotomy.

Integrative Patient Services

Opportunities for current RN and/or LPNs. This team works with patients in the hospitals.

IMD Associate

Are you detailed oriented? Have critical thinking skills? Have excellent customer service experience? A position as an IMD Associate may be your calling. Our Associates work directly with our hospital clients and ensure products are available for patients in need.

Client Delivery Representatives

Maybe you are interested in a position that takes you outside of the office—on the road—a Client Delivery Representative could be right for you. The Client Delivery Representative is primarily responsible for delivering blood products to our clients, on-call emergency deliveries, and restocking of our Blood Center locations.

Component Processing Lab

The Component Lab Tech is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career with the Blood Center. Component Techs are trained to manufacture blood products. Qualified candidates must have a strong attention to detail. We look for individuals with previous healthcare experience or positive work history, high school diploma or equivalent required.

Processing Lab, Bench Techs

Bench Techs use their biology or chemistry degree to conduct the required testing needed to ensure a safe blood supply.

Reference Lab

Our Reference Lab Techs use their detective skills to process samples from patients in the hospitals to determine the correct blood product needed for their treatment.

Community Development

Our Community Development Advocates are responsible for engaging targeted donor groups by developing and maintaining community relationships. This position also serves as a community and government liaison to promote the Blood Center's interests and mission. Are you an outgoing individual who enjoys community events, networking through membership associations, and leading a volunteer board to promote and educate community groups? Our Community Development Advocate position might be just what you are looking for.

Donor Recruitment

Or do you prefer to work behind the scenes? A Donor Scheduler/Recruiter position could be your calling. The Donor Recruitment team is a vital function of our organization and is responsible for scheduling blood donors to our donor centers. This position is a great part-time opportunity for someone looking to make a difference.

Donor Relations

The Donor Relations team is comprised of sales professionals developing relationships with our community partners to promote blood drives. Territory Coordinators, Account Managers, and Senior Account Managers lead the charge in community outreach and development of relationships. They engage in a variety of community events and organizations spreading our mission.

Business Development

Have a knack for sales? Work within the blood industry to sell donated blood products that are not slated to go to our client hospitals.

Customer Relations

Work with our client hospitals to ensure they receive the quality service they have come to expect from ImpactLife.

Finance

Our Finance team is comprised of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Supply Management. These three areas work together to ensure smooth financial operations, manage cash flow, and maintain operational efficiency.

Facilities/Warehouse

Our Facilities and Warehouse teams play crucial roles in our daily operations by ensuring that the physical infrastructure and storage and supply needs are effectively managed.

Human Resources/Volunteer Resources

Human Resources ensures the organization attracts, retains, and develops talent. It fosters a positive work environment, ensures legal compliance, and aligns workforce strategy with the company's goals, which directly affects productivity, employee morale, and organizational success.

Information Systems Technology

The IT department is responsible for managing the technology infrastructure that supports the company's operations. This includes hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity.

Marketing works with multiple departments promoting ImpactLife’s products and services, building brand awareness, and driving customer, donor, and employee engagement to support business growth.
