Brenna Teerlinck: Youngest Member Inducted into Hall of Fame

Brenna Teerlinck's story shows how one person's act of giving can reach farther than they ever imagined. Monday, we celebrated Brenna, one of our donors and St. Ambrose University freshman, who became the youngest member ever inducted into the Fresenius Kabi National Blood Donation Hall of Fame.

Brenna gives blood in honor of her cousin Trevor, who received 588 blood products during his fight with a rare genetic disorder. Though Trevor lost his battle, his experience taught Brenna how important blood donation is for patients who rely on lifesaving medicine.

We were honored to host Brenna's induction ceremony at our Davenport headquarters and celebrate her extraordinary commitment to helping others.

Superhero In Your Veins

The "Superhero in Your Veins" blood drive proved that saving lives is the most powerful superpower of all.

Hosted at Little Jewels Learning Center in Bloomington, the event honored brave little Ian Bentz, known as Ian the Cancer Wrangler, who continues his fight against cancer with the courage of a true superhero. The celebration even reached the Quad Cities, where Steve joined the fun by donating in costume to help promote the cause.

Thank you to Little Jewels and McFeeters Racing for partnering with us to make this heroic event possible.
