WayneGuyerWayne is a very dedicated volunteer at our Donor Center in Coralville, Iowa. During his six years of volunteering, he has completed 2,555 hours of volunteer time! In addition to donor registration, Wayne has helped with job shadow training of new donor registration volunteers for Iowa City and Cedar Rapids.

Outside of the Blood Center, Wayne is a United States Army veteran. He was drafted into the Army in October 1965, and served out of California as part of a training company for wheeled vehicle mechanics. Gardening is his passion, and he and his wife have traveled to England and Ireland several times.
