Tessa is a 16-year-old junior at Dunlap High School in treatment for osteosarcoma and leukemia.  She has received blood and platelets on many occasions due to low counts from chemotherapy. Her family always knew the importance of blood donation and the constant need.  Many pediatric cancer patients rely on these donations.  It is an almost inevitable need because of chemotherapy depleting blood counts, putting patients at risk for life-threatening infections. Tessa and her family would appreciate you donating for her and others who need life-saving blood products.
