ImpactLife joins blood providers worldwide in celebrating June 14 as World Blood Donor Day and in thanking the volunteers who provide for our region’s blood supply. Now well into the challenging weeks of summer, ImpactLife looks to increase appointments for blood donation to continue meeting patient needs during the summer months.
“On World Blood Donor Day, we want to thank the volunteer donors who consistently support our region’s blood supply, and we invite new donors to join in support of our mission," said Katie Marchik, Chief Operating Officer. "Blood products given by volunteer donors are used in lifesaving treatments at hospitals every day across our region. Donating today helps keep this lifesaving resource on the shelves at your hospital and helps ensure we are ready to respond with additional units of blood in an emergency.”

Donor Rewards: Triple Points & Adventure Packages
Through its Donor For Life program, ImpactLife offers rewards that grow in value with each donation made within a calendar year. Donors choose from an electronic gift card, bonus points to use in the Donor Rewards Store, or the option to make a charitable donation to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit of their choice through the blood center's Good Giving program. From June 9 - June 22, each donation will earn three times the usual number of Donor Rewards points, and the blood center will offer entry to a drawing for six Adventure Packages, listed below.
