Blood donors across our region are stepping forward to meet patient needs during one of the most challenging weeks of the year for blood donation. ImpactLife Donor Centers will be open every day this week, with many donors scheduled to give blood and platelets on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
ImpactLife is looking to improve appointment schedules at Donor Centers and mobile blood drives across the region to help recover donations lost due to the holidays. The holiday season is a challenging time for the blood supply due to a decrease in mobile blood drives and busy schedules leading to a decrease in appointments for donation. Patient care continues, however, and the demand for lifesaving blood components remains constant.

To help fill schedules and bolster our region's blood supply, ImpactLife is providing all donors with a voucher to redeem for their choice of an electronic gift card, points to use in the ImpactLife Donor Rewards Store, or an equivalent value donation to support food banks within the ImpactLife service region.
