Your Donor Id is More accessible than ever
We're making it even easier to walk through our doors and do what you do best: save lives. Your ImpactLife Donor ID card is now available digitally, right in the ImpactLife app on your phone. When you come in to donate, it scans just like your old card without any extra steps.
And don't worry: nothing about your account is changing. Your Donor ID, donation history, and personal information are all safe and exactly as you left them.
How to Access Your Digital Donor ID Card
- Download the ImpactLife app for iOS and Android
- Open the app and tap the ? menu in the top left corner or the
- Select "My Donor Card"
Why the CHange to Digital
You give so much every time you donate. The least we can do is make sure the process is smooth, simple, and a little kinder to the planet too. Fewer plastic cards and mailings means less waste and one less thing on your to-do list.
Your ID is now right where you already are: your phone. We hope it makes your next visit feel even more effortless.
Prefer a Physical ID Card? We've got you covered. Physical cards are still available, completely free of charge. Here's how to order one:
- Log in at login.bloodcenter.org
- Click the Store tab
- Select the Donor ID Card in the Donor Rewards Store (0 points)
- Place your order
Physical cards ship separately from other store items. Delivery typically takes 6–8 weeks. If your card hasn't shown up after that, please reach out to hello@impactlife.org. We'll happily look into it and make sure it finds its way to you.
