• How do I redeem my Amazon gift card?

  To redeem your gift card:

  1. Open your reward email.
  2. Copy the 8-digit security code (not case-sensitive).
  3. Click the Redemption URL link in the email.
  4. Enter the code to unlock your Amazon claim code.
  5. Visit amazon.com/gc/redeem and paste the claim code to apply it to your account.
• Where can I find my security code and Redemption URL?

  Both are included in your reward email:

  • An 8-digit alphanumeric security code
  • A Redemption URL that takes you to the “Unlock Your Reward” page
    
    Follow the email instructions to reveal your claim code.
• Why am I getting an “invalid claim code” message when entering my gift card into Amazon?

  This can happen for a few reasons:

  1. The claim code was typed incorrectly – try copy/pasting it.
  2. There may be extra spaces before or after the code.
  3. You may be using the security code instead of the claim code (the claim code appears only after unlocking the reward).
  4. Double-check and try again.
• It says the card has already been applied to my account. What does that mean?

  This means your Amazon gift card was successfully redeemed. You can confirm by checking your balance: View Amazon Gift Card Balance

• Who do I contact if I have trouble redeeming my reward?

  For issues unlocking or accessing your reward call Tango Card Support at 877-558-2646 from 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, 7 days a week.

• Who do I contact if I can’t use the gift card at the vendor?

  Once redeemed, any issues using the gift card must be handled by the vendor’s customer service team. Neither ImpactLife nor Tango can troubleshoot balances or purchases once the gift card is applied.
