ImpactLife strives to provide excellent service. If expectations were exceeded or not met, customers can communicate those with ImpactLife via a Customer Connection in BloodHub.

All concerns are taken seriously and investigated. After the completion of an internal investigation of each concern, the customer is provided with a letter that includes what occurred, and the steps taken to prevent the same event in the future. Communication of the investigation is provided within 21 days (15 business days) of submission.
