The use of the Customer Connection is to communicate concerns, request for credit, errors, or praise involving either the product or service provided by MVRBC. This form of documentation is used by the Blood Center to investigate, track and trend problems to help resolve specific issues and improve overall customer service and satisfaction. A follow-up communication is sent to provide feedback on root cause evaluations.
