ImpactLife came to the St. Louis area in 2005 and we have grown steadily ever since. Our reach now extends from Jefferson City, Missouri to Clay County, Illinois, and we now serve more than half the hospitals in St. Louis city and county.  

Operations are based out of Earth City, Missouri, in facility that houses our Reference Laboratory, Inventory Management and Distribution, and our Donor Services and Donor Relations teams. 

ImpactLife is currently growing it’s lab operations in St. Louis to expand support for local hospitals. For example, our Reference Laboratory has developed a registry of complex samples and identifies matching blood types for complex cases at local hospitals. We are also expanding our Component Production lab at the new facility in Earth City to increase production efficiency and make the most of donations made in the St. Louis region.

ImpactLife partners with local universities to advance research that supports the industry and hosts students from local colleges to support the next generation of blood drive staff.

We are proud to be the provider of blood products and services 25 hospitals in the St. Louis area and to more than 120 hospitals in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. As inventory allows, additional units are provided to hospitals across the country through a national resource sharing program.
