Winter weather has caused hundreds of lost donations over the weekend. Please give as soon as able. All types are needed, especially universal donors. For those eligible to donate, please find a Donor Center or mobile blood drive near you at www.bloodcenterimpact.org or by calling (800) 747-5401.
EarlyQ is a web-based program that allows you to answer the required medical history questions on the day of your donation using your computer or mobile device before you arrive to your appointment. The process is simple, just 4 steps and takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 1: For the best donation experience, we recommend you schedule an appointment. If you are unsure of when your last donation was, you can confirm your eligibility date by calling (800) 747-5401 or online at www.bloodcenterimpact.org.
Step 2: Gather your personal information, including medications and travel information. If you are 16 years old, remember to bring your signed parental consent form along with you to your donation.
Step 3: Complete the questionnaire independently and in a private setting AFTER 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on the day of your donation. If you're unsure or unable to answer a question, skip it by clicking NEXT. Our staff will review with you at your donation.
Step 4: At the end of the questionnaire, you will be emailed (check your junk/spam folders as well) a code which you can either print or display on your phone at your donation. You can also take a screenshot of the code and save it to your phone photo library to display as well. The code will EXPIRE at 11:59 p.m. that same day. If you plan to print your code, you will need Adobe Acrobat. Click here for a free download.Click here for frequently asked questions.
