PRIZE DESCRIPTION
One winner will take home 2 General Admission tickets (Ticket value is $150, total prize value of $300) to the Jake Owen concert at Rhythm City Casino Resort in Davenport, Iowa. Please note that seating is not guaranteed with General Admission tickets; attendees may need to stand during the concert.
Concert tickets include hosted beer, wine, select cocktails, and soda.
All ages are welcome to attend.

ENTRY PROCESS
If you registered to give blood with ImpactLife March 25 – 31, 2024 you can enter for your chance to win a pair of tickets to the Jake Owen Concert!
How to enter:
- Log into your donor account on the ImpactLife donor app or scheduling website.
- Find the zero point listing for the Jake Owen Concert Drawing.
- Add to cart & checkout.
Submit your entry by midnight on 4/1/2024
SELECTION OF WINNER
ImpactLife will select the winner at random from a list of all donors who entered to win through the donor store. One (1) prize winner will be selected and contacted the week of April 1st.
PURPOSE
This promotion is intended to encourage donors to present to donate during the week of March 25 – 31, 2024, resulting in increased blood supply to prepare for future patient need at hospitals.
ELIGIBILITY
The drawings are open anyone who registers to give blood at an ImpactLife donor center or mobile blood drive during the promotion period and completes the entry process through the donor store.
Note: registration for blood donation takes place prior to pre-donation screening. Prospective donors who register for donation and are subsequently deferred from giving blood for any reason will be eligible to enter the drawing.
Employees of ImpactLife and their spouses and children are not eligible for the prize drawing.
NOTIFICATION
The winner for each drawing will be notified by email and phone the week of April 1st. Once the winner for the drawing has been contacted and has agreed to accept the prize, the winner's name will be announced on the ImpactLife web site at top of this page.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE AND TAXES
The winner must agree to accept the prize (Ticket value is $150, total prize value of $300) and to have their name and photograph used in ImpactLife promotional materials (i.e., social media posts, media news release, and an article on the ImpactLife web site). Each winner has three days after initial contact attempt from ImpactLife to accept their prize before we will choose another winner.
By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that they will be responsible to pay all taxes and fees associated with winning the prize, as applicable by law.
While all registered donors will be eligible to win the prize, those under the age of 18 or who have a designated legal guardian will be required to have their parent or legal guardian provide written consent to accept the prize.
If the donor chooses to decline the prize, ImpactLife will choose a new winner by repeating the process described in the SELECTION OF WINNER section above.
